How does vUser pricing work? +
Each plan includes base capacity. Beyond that, Vesta meters vUser·hour credits — the same unit we use for cloud-cost pass-through. Credits never expire on annual plans.
Does Vesta use my cloud accounts? +
Yes. Workers run in your AWS/GCP/Azure/Vultr/NHN/Naver accounts using least-privilege IAM roles. Your target traffic never traverses third-party infrastructure.
What happens if I exceed a plan? +
You continue running. Overages bill at the per-vuser-hour rate. You can cap overages per workspace so you never get surprised.
Is there a discount for startups? +
Yes — verified startups under $5M raised get 12 months of the Team plan free.
Can I self-host Vesta? +
Enterprise customers can run the control plane in their own Kubernetes or VM fleet, air-gapped if needed. Workers always run in your clouds.
Does Vesta have SOC 2 / ISO? +
Vesta is SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and ISMS-P (Korea). DPA and sub-processor list available on request.
